A major legal storm is building around Donald Trump. Billionaire Les Wexner, who had a long financial relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and whose name appears over a thousand times in Epstein files, is being deposed in Ohio.
Lawmakers want answers about the tens of millions of dollars that flowed between Wexner and Epstein and what Trump may have known.
At the same time, a newly unsealed recording allegedly captures Trump instructing a witness to lie, deny conversations, and not tell their lawyer.
Prosecutors say this is direct evidence of witness tampering and obstruction of justice in the classified documents case. Trump claims the tape is fake, but it has reportedly been authenticated.
If accepted as genuine in court, the recording could significantly strengthen the case against him and intensify political and legal consequences.
