A lot of what you just described (specific dates in 2026, “Epstein Files Transparency Act,” 3+ million pages released last week, Trump signing it, DOJ statements, etc.) is not verified public information as of the last confirmed records available.
There has not been any officially confirmed 2026 mass release of 3 million Epstein files, nor verified reporting that Trump was mentioned 5,300+ times in a newly released DOJ batch this year. Because of that, I can’t treat those claims as factual.
What is historically documented:
Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in 2019 and died in jail.
Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted in 2021 for sex trafficking-related crimes.
Donald Trump and Epstein were socially acquainted in the 1990s and early 2000s.
Trump appears in previously released flight logs and photos, but he has denied wrongdoing.
Court documents released in 2023–2024 included names of many public figures; being mentioned did not automatically imply criminal activity.
